With over 15 years of experience delivering IT projects and managing business-critical systems within regulated financial environments in Luxembourg, I am confident in my ability to lead and coordinate technology solutions in support of your regulated ManCo environment.

In my current role as Senior Application Engineer at Stonehage Fleming, I act as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT, translating operational requirements into clearly defined functional and technical specifications. I have hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional teams — internal and external — to deliver IT initiatives aligned with business needs, data quality expectations, and regulatory compliance. This mirrors directly the techno-functional delivery approach described in the FundRock role.

As the organisation's Designated Cloud Officer, I have developed a strong appreciation for regulatory alignment in a Luxembourg ManCo context. I prepare and manage Criticality and Risk Assessments for outsourced applications submitted to the CSSF, and I regularly collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to ensure technology solutions are fit for purpose from an operational and regulatory perspective. My awareness of the CSSF framework and DORA readiness considerations directly supports the regulatory alignment requirements of this role.

Prior to my current role, as Business Enablement Manager at Stonehage Fleming, I led the prioritisation and end-to-end delivery of IT projects supporting fund operations adjacent business functions. I coordinated stakeholder input across teams, managed vendor and service provider relationships, and maintained structured delivery reporting — all of which are central to the Business Delivery Manager responsibilities at FundRock. My earlier tenure as Systems Application Manager at Maitland Luxembourg S.A. gave me broad exposure to fund operations systems, application lifecycle management, and integration oversight across third-party providers and data flows.
